  1. TROPICAL CURE

       Ingredients :

  • 1 Banana (frozen)
  • ½ Pineapple
  • 2 handful Kale (frozen)
  •  coconut milk
  •  water
  • 1 tsp Barley grass juice powder
  • 1 tsp Spirulina powder
  • 1 tbsp chia or line seeds
  • (add as much water and coconut milk until you reach your desired consistency)

 

  1. GLOWING GREEN

       Ingredients :

  • 1 fresh Banana
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 cup of Mango (frozen)
  • 2 to 3 cups of fresh spinach
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • 1 Tbsp Maca Powder
  • Some fresh vanilla or vanilla drops

 

 

  1. GREEN DETOX

          Ingredients :

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 handful frozen mango
  • 1 fresh orange
  • 2 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Barley grass juice powder
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp Spirulina powder
