1. EAT A PLANT BASED DIET + AVOID TOXIC FOODS
Adopting a plant based diet with natural and fresh foods grown from our earth will help your body immensely to detoxify.
A plant based diet improves our digestion, may clear our skin, helps with weight loss and improves our vitality.
Toxic Foods such as meat, dairy and fish should be avoided because they contain animal protein, high levels of saturated fat and cholesterol and contribute to developing some of our top killers and diseases such as heart attack, stroke, diabetes, and various types of cancer. In some cases meat even contains heterocyclic amines (HCA) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), which are formed during processing/cooking and are highly carcinogenic.
These foods don’t contain any nutrients which you couldn’t get in a wholesome plant based diet, so less meat, dairy and fish means less toxins in our body.
2.DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND TEA
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out the toxins (about 1,5 – 2 liters)
You can add some lemon or apple cider vinegar (powerful cleansing and healing elixir, a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that fights germs and bacteria).
Try to drink still, filtered and fluoride free water which is not packaged in plastic bottles.
Green Teas and different herbal teas such as nettle or dandelion help our body to detoxify and clear out toxins.
NETTLE TEA : Helps to stimulate our lymphatic system, supports the function of our kidneys, clears out our blood and helps our digestive system to absorp the nutrients
It operates as a natural diuretic and helps our body to remove the toxins faster.
DANDELION TEA : Dandelion increases the number of our enzymes which help us with detoxification, it cleanses out our digestive tract and stimulates the function of our liver.
It operates as well as a natural diuretic and helps us to flush out toxins.
GINGER TEA : Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, stimulates our digestive tract, improves our blood circulation and encourages our sweat production which helps to to sweat out the toxins. Further it helps to remove an accumulation of toxins in the liver and colon and helps with digestive issues.
GREEN TEA : Green Tea is packed with antioxidants such as natural Polyphenols which supports our body’s detox system, it supports our liver (which is essential for detoxification) and stimulates our metabolism.
